Terra Vs. Strada Front Forks Different?

Recently bought a Cheap TR650 Strada (project) I need to rebuild/service the leaking front forks. Can someone tell me for sure if these 2 bikes have the exact identical front forks? What I’m discovering is Part #’s are different and the Terra has 46mm Forks while the Strada has 48mm Forks. That can’t be can it?

I had a look at the parts catalog and the part numbers differ slightly so there is a difference.
