These riders meet each Friday and are just a subgroup of another group or 2 of riders here ... Probably Juns' group here and he rides Friday because his son (on the 150 Honda) has no school on Friday ... These guys are pretty skilled at the riding here... Sarge is ~67 ...The oldest or top 2-3 oldest riders on Cebu ... He's on the Yamaha powered bike. I'm a guest rider and so is the other Kawi 150 rider (I think). This group hits the trails, but not the hardest stuff .. I'm OK with this riding as I'm not the hardest stuff either and will make an effort to ride with them each Friday as often as possible... Only a few pics ...Just trying to keep up all day with these guys.. That's a 150 Kawi klr? Does ok but power is down... The rider is down there trying to find an easier line ... Didn't happen .. Sarge watching I really stunk this water crossing up ...My head almost went under water. Check out Sarge all lined up and ready to cross right behind Juns' son who blasts across..
Few more pics ... Juns' 150 Kawi ... Many of these out on the trails here. This is the small technical climb out from the creek... Cutting across the valleys have many small technical places of all types scattered all along the trail...
Some VIDs ... I had a good time and was stinking up the place all over, ESP on some hillclimbs ... I'll have to get my head wrapped around all this next time out ..We're out in the fields here alot also.. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nZ1gsXZp1cw
Here's the river crossing from my hand-held device ... View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeG9o23VyKA
Those little 150s are the perfect size for poking and scrambling through thickets and rocks. I had a CRF-F150 a few years back, that I used to explore new areas and follow rabbit trails on. You could always get your feet down in a tough spot, and the little Honda would climb ANYthing you could throw at it. Sometimes I wish that I still had it.
