Throttle Stop is it there?

Here is a pic of my '09 TE 510 Throttle (stop). Is it gone, or replaced with something else...? Who knows?

If there is no plate that comes off (easily and obviously) with taking the two phillips head screws out then it's gone. They have been different shapes and that's what makes me hesitate to say yea or nay.

Loctite those two screws if you want when you find out for sure.

Looks like it's been cut off.
