Hey guys/gals, Curious as to how long it is taking people to get paid for their Contingency claims through XTRM? I submitted one about 3-4 weeks ago and haven't seen anything yet, am I just getting a little ahead of the ball or what is the timeframe? Just curious and thanks. Blake Young

I have been payed/credited for the 2 events that earned pay outs. Check your results page and verify that you have sent in all your results for ratification and/or that they are under review in the status section of your results page. Blake, check the XTRM I placed a friend request connection. I even told my son (skateboard maniac/dirt bike) and daughters ( dirt bikes)to make profiles.R
I sent in my first request and received it in less than a week. It wasn't the right amount they shorted me quite a bit so I called the customer service number 866-367-9289. She had it all fixed within 10 minutes. This is way better than what we used to do.
