Tractionator Enduro I/T fronts work forever. I like them. Is the same rubber compound used for the terrapactor S/T rear and tractionator I/T rear?
The IT front is a super long lasting tires and works well on most everything. Not the best mud tires but useable. The ST and IT rears are different compounds. I actually think the ST works better and lasts a little longer. the Terrapactor front is my all time favorite tire for the NW woods ever. Crosses over well (versatile) wears well (not as good as an IT) and it just a great predictable tire.
Motoz- do you no longer have your terra(dont see it in your profile)? If not why(sorry...didnt mean to change topic)
Where are you getting these? I need a front Enduro I/T to pair with my trials tire. 7602 is sold out.
I'm a dealer. I was one of the first to start offering these long ago. The IT's are sold out at the distributor level. Will be a few months.
I have a set that I've had for 2 years. Still un-mounted, stored in the loft of my garage, any concern with them drying out/hardening?
how does the Terrapactor front compare to the Tractionator S/T front? i'm about to order another set but maybe i should try the Tractionator Enduro rear mixed with Terrapactor front?? we ride everything from rocks, slippery roots, gravel, more rocks, mud, deep sand. definitely going with an S/T again. hooks up awesome when the terrain gets sandy.
check out Phat Performance, looks like they may have the Enduro I/T in stock: http://www.phatperformanceparts.com/Motoz_Tractionator_Enduro_I_T_DOT_Tires_p/motoz-enduroit-dot.htm
i just bought a set of Terrapactors from KolbyOffroad. great communication, good pricing, fast ship. can't wait to spoon 'em on.
Thanks for the Chaparral tip! As much as I despise that company its hard to argue with 4 Moto'z (2 front & 2 rear) for $340 shipped.
I have had big wraps about Motoz tyres in the past. My last front and rear have chunked badly and the rear case has a crack. Not good for under 200 kms. I have not heard of a bad batch but this lack of longevity is disconcerting. Back toKkenda Carlsbad rear and Bridgy 403 front or both front and rear Dunlop MX 51 or the new 52's me thinks.
Tractionator S/T The do hook up well etc but just not up to my riding area which is a mix of sand, clay, ruts, and rocks
