Who has tried out these two handlebars? The measure the same width but I think the Tommi's have more pull back. I think I prefer Tommaselli bars. The Magura's seem better for standing up while the Tommi's fell better for sitting. I have always been a low boy rider so I think I need to get some Tommaselli's for my TE 630.
Everyones a little different, but I had Magura's on my Ktm and liked them. The stock Tommasellis were nice as well that came with my 09TE450. I got the Protaper EVO Windham-RM-Mid bend which seems a compromise between the two- for me I was trying to get simular bars to the Tomi's but higher. Point is you can study all the bends that are available and find exactly what you want. I have had Cr-Highs which are popular but for me I developed forearm pain that would persist for weeks after a couple hours of riding. I find I like less pull back and higher bars. I always cut the width to about 30" depending on how much room I need for levers and switches.
I really like the inexpensive Trailtech woods bars, very nice bend and height. But then again bars are a hugely personal choice.
I am starting to like 12 degree top bend. Many bar makers list their bars in mm of pullback, which doesn't tell me the angle. Obviously more pull back=more angle, but it isn't definative. Does Trailtech list the actual bend angle?
