Why is every one saying 2014? From what I researched there is no 2014's just the left over 2013's that have been sitting at the port in California waiting on BMW and John to work out the import fee's and storage costs that piled up everyday. Could they be a 2014?
The ones here locally are titled and Vin'd as 2014's. They are identical with the exception of an added 110 anniversary sticker........
Good point I think your right Ogre. According to Wikipedia, "Husqvarna Motorcycles, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pierer Industrie AG,[1] designs, engineers, manufactures and distributes motocross, enduro and supermoto motorcycles. The company began producing motorcycles in 1903 at Huskvarna, Sweden, as a subsidiary of the Husqvarna armament firm.[ "
I figured the 110th anniversary additions was going to be how they were going to handle these stuck in customs bikes. I am surprised they are also considering them 2014's I would like one of those stickers....ya know, since my bike is a 2013. 1903 +110 = 2013.
I am thinking of buying a sticker but they a little expensive. 6000 but he does throw a bike in with the purchase of a sticker
According to my dealer, all the 2014 Terra's are in and out in the pipe line. Once these are sold, there will be no more.... I am actually contemplating trading in some vintage stuff (doubles) to get a 2014 and making it the ultimate dual sport machine....I know, I am sick
Yesterday I was talking to the dealer I got my Terra from about the 2014s. He said he had some, I asked if these were leftover 13s or new 14s. He checked his computer to see if his were 13s or 14s and he had 4 2014s in his sellable inventory .The vins came up on the screen and these were clearly 14s. One was marked sold, so He has 3 for sale. The dealer is Montgomeryville Cycle outside of Phila PA.
RPM Cycle in Halifax, Nova Scotia has a few Terra's and Strada's in stock. That's where I got my Terra. No complaints about the dealer or service you get from those guys at all. Just wish Husky North America gave the Canadian dealers a little more support so they could pass it on to their customers.
