Has anyone run one of these? I have found very little for reviews. Or pictures of the light pattern. I have one ordered to put on my TE610, and relay kits to hook it to the high low switch. Most of my riding is technical trails/tight roads getting home at night. When I talked to the tech, one small light is flood the other spot and the 4" is a driving beam. Thanks, Wally
Don't worry, I won't forget this thread. Should have the light this week. As soon as I have it on I will take pics and do write up.
Okay, Got it and have it installed. Cyclops was great to deal with. Trail tech was a few days out building it and he emailed me right up front letting me know this. The relays are from Eastern Beaver. Another good supplier. I have a cover on the top of the flood 2" to use it as a low beam. This helps with keeping the stray light out of peoples eyes. It is not a high speed light. But for tight cover and road speeds to 60 it seems very good.
A little up date. I have about 700 miles on the bike now running this light. Every thing is working fine. Had it on some two track tight twisty roads with no other lighting around. All I can say is this is a great light for that kind of riding. I can see where on long straight aways you would won't more for speeds over 60mph. But all I was looking to do was to replace the factory candle
hi Reddog, wondering if it still holds up and if the installation caused any problems? can I use the stock stator? will it fit with the stock speedometer? thanks S-1
Up Tite has a LED conversion that is suppose to really brighten things up. I'd love to see how that compares!
