I have a friend (70 yr old from OR) here who just purchased this bike .. Not sure what it is, if it will ever run again, or anything else about it ... Usual story, the bike was running and the owner set it up a couple yrs back and people have removed a few parts ;0...

Its 250cc I guess ... 2 pistons pointed at ~right angle to themselves... CARB in front and one exhaust comes out of its cylinder on the rear side ...

Another local friend here is gonna see if he can get it running ... If it runs again, I'm riding it :) ... Last 2t street bike I saw in the states was a ~73 yamaha .. 2t twin, side by side pistons, 250cc.

I'll update this thread if this beast gets to breathing again ...

You're probably right ...I found this pic on a ns250f ... Have you ridden such a bike or know anything about them?

I did get a look at the right side of the bike and it did have a pipe going out the back side like this one...its has a the dual front brakes as this bike also ...And that frame looks very much like the same ... and the front fender ...

Notice the pipe going out the front of this one and the bike in the top pic my friend has ... The pipe on the friends bike is an after market one I think ...

At first glance, I thought this bike was a big heavy 4t ...maybe a 450cc or something ... Next look I had and I saw that downward pipe and knew it was a 2t! Then the mechanic friend pointed out it has 2 cylinders! I'm excited now and wanna see what this bike sounds like with the expansion chamber(s) on a streeter..
