I will be out of country until May 3. Driving in the Norra 2010 Mexican 1000 Rally. This is truly OLD SCHOOL so just couldn't miss it. www.norra.com Tells the history lots of different things of intrest Will be able to track it on 2 or 3 sites www.racetheworld.net will have links. www.trackinginternational.com there go to TI all access will have live feeds and vid's and interviews, along with sat tracking. Thoes who did the Baja ride will remember much of it south of San Felipe to Bay of La. Those who did the ride to cabo is basically the same. Except this is on and in Vintage vehicles. My race #is, #63 am sharing driving duties with and old friend Mike Shatynski whom I am very proud of as he is now a 2** Navy Admiral. So we have an old Marine Sgt. racing with a ** Navy Admiral," how bitchin is that"( old school term 60's). Later George
Bet he's got a masseuse waiting in Cabo. He will be one sore dude. He's certainly going for the win, he doesn't know any different. Good luck...

The way George drove Mikes truck in the Baja trip 2009 he is going for the "win" for sure. Does George even know what brakes are? Ask Coffee. ha, ha, ha..... Never seen eyes that big before when Dean steped out of the truck at Coco's Corner. Good luck my friend, stay safe...
brakes!!?? well at least not for slowing down, like Mario once said.. "It is amazing how may drivers, even at the Formula One Level, think that the brakes are for slowing the car down." (Mario Andretti)
It was a smooth ride though, no matter how tight I made the 5 point harness most of the time I was levitating
http://irctracking.com/2010/NORRA/Mexican1000/ They're #63 and going 0 Mph at Bay of LA. Probably sleeping.
They're about 2 hours from the finish in LaPaz as of 11:45 am PDT. Looks like they've progressed with little trouble, but who knows ...? Haven't tracked the motorcycles, just the group George rallied with.
