Has anyone modified George's throttle tube to run bark busters? [aluminum]. I'm sure there is a way & wanted to get some ideas before getting started. Thanks, I hope.

Do they have a website? I've searched but can't find it.

It can e done but it takes a bit of creativity. What I did was to use a wedge anchor in the handlebars and a piece of stainless tubing to space the bearing in the end out. It's kinda hard to explain without you having the parts in front of you so you can see what I'm talking about but I would be happy to walk you through the process. If get the tube and feel like you need some guidance PM me and I'll give you my phone #. Georges throttle tubes are awesome (Like everything he makes) but he really opposes the use of bark busters so he didn't incorporate the option of using them with his throttle tube. It's actually a pretty easy mod. so don't let that stop you from buying one.

I already have the throttle tube & didn't want to send it back because the design looks awesome. I did talk to George & he said it could be done but it would take some creativity. So I won't be wasting your time I plan on trying to install it so I will see the problems & then pm you if I need to. Thanks for the offer & I will keep you posted.
