It needs some EGA. As a former Marine, can you use the logo? Pretty sure it's trademarked someway, somewhat, though. Or a bulldog.

Like the green. But you gotta do something about that alphabet soup on the front - USMC "Uncle Sam's Misguided Children" I believe that spells. Isn't that like a cammo'ed swabby or something - I'm sure your LES says "Department of the Navy" - nothing wrong with the Navy of course, someone has to carry the chow - but I wouldn't let my son join...
