All 2st vforce 3 reedcage weeping

When I'm done my rides there always seems to be dust clad stains on the contact engine side of the assembly. I don't have a torque wrench so i can't measure the torque. I do know that it is quite a low value so I've just tightened gingerly. I've checked the fixed gasket and its fine. Has anyone had this issue and what is your tightening technique? Are the plastic cage housings seceptible to warping. just curious.
