I need to know if anyone here has dealt with Wagner Motorsports out of Worcester, MA, and what your feeling was about them and their service department. I have to take my bike to a dealer to get warranty work, and Wagner is the next closest place to the dealer I bought from (who I will not return to for service).

I've learned much over at www.apriliaforum.com

Might want to check it out, they have an excellent search engine.

Thanks coffee. I searched around, and all the comments were talking about the dealer almost 3 years ago. I also posted over on ADV, and the replies seem okay. Worcester, MA is 40 miles closer than Rockwell in Highland Falls, NY

There were a few comments in the last year. The comments were ok enough I'd go to them and check them out  It is *really* hard to gauge how a dealer really is through comments on a forum, but eventually a pattern emerges.

If you have excellent luck with them you might want to put a review in the dealers section.

I figure word of mouth is as good as anything, and with the Husky brand starting to build in popularity, there is a larger audiance to sample. :applause:

    Wish me luck.

I got my bike through wagner motorsports, they have been excellent to deal with, mark reynolds is the sales manager there, great guy and a great road racer as well and he has gone above and beyond the call for me,they have a state of the art service area, just walking through the door you know your not in kansas anymore, talk about high end machines!! wow drooled on quite a few of them, mark recently helped out a fellow husky rider from VT whos dealer had dropped the ball on a new wr125,he brought the bike home and on the trailer the rear shock had blown? the dealer couldnt get through to anyone they said, but I got wagner involved and rob keith was instrumental in getting a new shock overnighted to them for the fix, even though mark didnt sell the bike he also went through it after the shock fix to ensure the other dealer didnt forget anything else for FREE,he said it didnt matter if husky paid him for the work or not he wanted this guy happy! he ended up getting more work out ofthe guy who wanted handguards and a ton of extras after the fact, but they will do you good, call and ask for mark reynolds, tell him kevin w. sent you!

Wagner's is backlogged and they can't look at my bike till next Thursday, but Jay (service manager) was pretty easy going and has good customer service skills. The dealership isn't much to look at from the outside, but had about $200k worth of bikes on display. I only saw a couple racks of apparel, and almost no after market parts. Showroom was small, but clean, and from what I could tell, the shop looked pretty decent. So far I have a good feeling about this. :)

I replied to your question on the advrider forum already, but I would add that Jay, whom I haven't met yet, seems excellent at following up. He's very prompt and responsive. They are replacing my speedo under warranty and I'll just say that he is making it real easy for me to be happy. Like I said before I've not used them for service, but their shop seems very organized and well-equipped. I agree being busy says a lot.

Did you eventually take your bike to Wagner's ?

I killed my TE this weekend and I am trying to figure the best place to take it to get looked at.

If you did take it to Wagner's, how was the experience and if not, who did you take it to in the end ?

    Cheers
