All 2st weak spark

my husky wr250 07 model dosent like water every time its wet or i go through any withing 5mins it packs up,if you take plug out you can hold it when you kick it over and theres very little power comming through and no spark could this be coil or stator geting water in? any ideas thanks

My first guess would be the coil. It could just be the wire or cap, but more likely the coil. I'd remove these items and inspact them for any signs of cracks, or even a very nasty ground connection to the frame.

One sure way to track it down is to remove the tank, plug the fuel line and wet the bike down in the coil area. Then, in a dark place kick it over and look for blue tracers shooting around the elcetrical system.

It never hurts to pulling the stator cover off and cleaning things out real well with contact cleaner, then coat with something like WD40, every now and then.

And using dielectric grease on all your connectors, as well as grounding points is also a good idea.
