Remnants of 2 fiber disks. There doesnt seem to be any other damage, no scoring anywhere i noticed, so i think i got off lucky. Are there any after market disks for huskys? Im searchin away...
I rode the bike for 6 hours or so last sunday, and the clutch felt a little weird, but i didnt notice any noise or anything bad.
I just found it tonight, so im gonna try my local dealer, then taskys then motosportz....and see what happens. Couldnt find anything online other than in germany.
How does the Canadian customs work? Any advantage to buying near you? Can you drive to USA and buy something? If you need something shipped Hall's would definitely be a place to try. My experience with local non-Husqvarna dealers. Walk into local red/blue/green/yellow bike dealer with list of parts. The 17yo with baseball cap on backwards who has never sat on a bike orders them for you and says he will call when they come in - he doesn't. So a few weeks later drive over and the kid says "we sent them back cause you did not come get them" or the parts do arrive but some of them are wrong. Repeat as necessary.
Hahaha, ya i phoned every dealer in washington, found a clutch in spokane, but they cant get it here till next week. One dealer said: "a TC? what make is that?" By fluke, I found a Husky dealer 3 hours northeast of here that i didnt even know existed, they not only have a clutch for me, but its the exact town i was planning on going riding in too! So i will grab the clutch there tomorrow night, install the rekluse, and ride all weekend. The husky gods must have heard me utter the other 'H' word. Oh and customs is easy, i ordered my rekluse from motosportz, and get a LOT of hotrod parts, pretty much anything, and its always cheaper. All i have to do is pay provincial and federal tax at the border which is 12%
Right on. Man I bet that was sweet news to hear. Sounds like you have some good karma points built up. Huskys are so reliable they find their own parts. haha

Kid "oh, I have the Clark in Billet." Me "did I ask you if you had a Clark lid or IMS?" Kid "um, no." Me "that means you don't have one then, does it?" Kid "I guess not." Me "can you order me one?" Kid "no we dont carry it." I think he was in the back room hittin on a gas tank and left the brain cells in his snot rag. DOOOFUSS
I put it all back together without the clutch so i could move it, now the kickstarter doesnt spring back. CRAP! it turns the engine over, then stays at the bottom of its stroke. Tear it apart again and see what i f'd up.
Got up to Kamloops, my friend picked up the clutch for me, turns out it was for a 450/510. The only difference I could see was that the friction plates were thicker. I installed it as per the 450 instructions in the rekluse instructions. Buttoned it up, test drove it..... worked PERFECT! Ran awesome trails all weekend and I have to say the rekluse is the coolest thing i have ever ridden with. Made my riding 10x more fun. <------------that was the grin i had all weekend.
Where did you ride at Kamloops? Duffy Lake? Inks? huh huh.... I'm going up next weekend, Kamloops is da bomb.
I really want to ride Kamloops at some point.... from our non-riding car trip a while ago it looked like a great area.
We did duffy lake. It is definitely the place to be. Too many orange bikes though. I would go up there for a short trip even, like 6am departure saturday, ride all day, camp 1 night and head home sunday. Its only 2.5 hours or so from my place.
Thats a different Duffy, we have so many lakes here they must have run out of names. The Duffy in Kamloops has no 'E' in it.
