I've been shopping around for new piston/rings for my 02 cr250 - i notice pro x offers piston sizes of 66.34 up to 66.37- i understand that this is to take up for cylinder wear, but i thought my 250 piston size was 66.40 to start with ??? does the "nikasil" have something to do with this? i'm a little confused. any of you guys know anything to help me out?
    thanks

There are 3 bore sizes of the OE cylinder. They are marked on the cylinder with an "A, B or C". It has to do with the finished bore size and the correct piston. Find the marking on your cylinder, normally stamper on the reed area, and order the matching piston.
