Right off the bat...I searched and researched - I thought I saw in a post that in North America the new pipe/silencer was part of the upgrade. ScottyR posted a performance update on 4-13-09 that included the pipe/silencer. And I also think I saw a comment about the pipe not being included... I just picked up an updated 2009 WR125 and the old part number pipe/silencer is on the bike. I know they did the powervalve thing; but before I get to crazy with the jetting I would like to confirm which pipe will be the baseline. The one I have barely clears the shock reservoir. I'm not sure why they were changed??
There was noting performance wise wrong with the pipe it was a fitment issue. If yours fits OK I would not worry about it.
