as i find it hard to get specific parts for the husky, what parts do they share with other bike brands ? ie, rear sprockets same as ... ktm ? useful for when on ebay and bargains come up (YES I AM A TIGHT ASS ! ) .. its good to know for the bargain hunters.. i suspect they must be same as some other bikes as the wr450 uses takasago excel rims as do loads of other bikes but maqybe different hub/bolt pcd etc ? anyone got any info on what parts cross over from other bike brands(tried and fitted etc) ??
KTM Gasgas Husky use the same brake pads they all have brembos, the only differance is between EXC SX TE CR TC they have two different sized rear calipers. Rear sprockets are the same as a Honda XR 650. Rims excel as long as they are 36 spoke they will work, bearings are easy do a search online for bearing houses. Other then that most parts are Husky only.
cool, the xr650 rear sprocket will make them easier to get hold of on aussie ebay.. thanks ! fee free to add more.. its good to know these things.. usually money savers !
