What were OEM tires?

Does anyone know what brand the OEM tires were on the 1973/74 400WR's? I'm trying to semi-restore one and it needs new tires bad. Thanks!

If my memory of setting up a couple is correct they came with Trelleborgs. After 38 years and a case of CRS, I wouldn't take that to the bank.

PS, At the time everyone wore them out as soon as possible and mounted up Metslers

Thanks for the info. I also found a link that agrees with that: http://www.huskyclub.com/tire.htm
Good memory guys. I always had good luck with Metzelers too so I'll probably go with them.
