Since October 6, I have sent 11 Emails to Kelly trying to buy parts to swap out my Motosportz damper to a new bike, and still no parts. Every once in a while I get a response back asking my address, or what my top clamp is, but still no parts. His last Email stated he would contact me yesterday, yet he never did. The shop's phone mail box is full, this is getting a bit frustrating. Are they even still in business? If they are this is a strange way to encourage sales. Is anyone else having similar problems? His product is great and I have recommended it to my riding buddies, but at this point I wonder if I should I just buy a new Ohlins or Fastway damper?
He's very much still in business, you came to the right place. Emails can be challenging at times, even emails on the Zipty server are sometimes lost or out of sequence. I believe he is waiting on his shipment of parts. He should be open for business in a couple of hours.
I have your Emails and have responded. Your frame clamp is sitting right here. Will go out today and hope you send me a check like you said you would which is not standard biz for us but fine. If you look at our Emails 2 days ago I was trying to ask you if you has a CNC top clamp or cast and you were not sure. We got that sorted. All good.
Thanks for finally hooking me up Kelly. Your products are top notch, look forward to it on my 2014. And yes I looked at our Emails from 2 days ago, 1 week ago as well, 2 weeks ago, and one month ago, so I am well aware of the responses I received. And Tinken I understand the unreliability of Emails that is why in my business I answer my phone and keep my mailbox available and open. Motosportz dampers are worth the wait wait for me, but if I got a reply to my Email or phone call on Oct. 6, Kelly would have my money, and I would have my parts. Never ceases to amaze me how people avoid getting paid, used to be folks chased after it. Thanks again Kelly.
