I am standing I am on a 2 stroke I am clean I am behind 3 other 2 strokes I have goggles on I am missing a cigarette! There IS water in my Camelbak I am looking ahead ended with a 3rd for the day...not a bad debut on going back to my true first love....the Husky 125
was great but about 3/4 into the 90 ground miles....bike would stop and die on steep long down hills. Me thinks pluggged vent hose(s) on carb? Would be tough to restrt on even level ground. only on steep long down hills...even with throttle way on too. Got to check it out but anyone ever have this happen? Bueler? anyone? Otherwise.....might be selling a TE 310 soon....the thing rocks!
Carb float height might be too low and causing fuel starvation if at that angle too long. Congrats with placing 3rd with a new bike
Joe, It was good to meet you after the enduro. Looking forward to seeing you again at the Gathering. Where did you get the pics? Any pics of a home-built Kawasaki on row 49? 144's lookin' good!
Looking good Joe.... hmm....about the stalling...are your vent hoses still down low by the shock..?? might want to stick em high and put them in a pill bottle in the air box...I did that and have no issues anymore might want to take your igniton cover off and see how much water you took on...I had to plug the weep hole in the bottom with RTV almost sounds like fuel level to high...and flooding...the fuel has nowhere to go but inside the intake on a steep downhill....I'm guessing yes its a wonderful bike...it has an awesome feel
Camera operator here - Sorry, didn't get any pics of you this time, but if you find Joe or me before a race (I can usually be identified by Husky shirt and giant camera bag), just let me know what row you're on, and what you're riding, and I'll get some next time
Damn...good eye Ben! Also, I love the pics Joe...you look so...uh...overdressed/overprotected...lol...just kidding! Good to see you with some "I" protection.
