Anyone had an experience with a light white creamy substance in and around the carby slide:confused:??
This happened on a mikuni carb but wasnt evident after swapping it with the keihin

Also wondering why the float level on a Keihin would drastically change its height/level
I had set the height a few months ago but removed the carb and refitted it and the level changed so much so that there was fuel pouring cosntantly out of the carb when it was on the stand

Yep, fuel/oil water mix. I get it all the time here in the NW with 100% humidity and COLD. The new Lectron carb does it even worse as it atomizes the fuel more and causes condensation. Runs perfect and does not affect anything so I just let it be.

yup. spit back, air filter oil, etc all mix with the aforementioned condensation caused by the cold conditions in the carb blah blah blah...

is fuel peeing out while on the side or center stand??? its normal in some cases to see some peeing or drops from the hoses while the gas is on and its leaned over on the side stand past a certain angle.

It's been very hot and humid
Thrush - yes I was waiting for a joke of some kind lol
PV - it was so far out it wouldn't run.
I think it must of happened when the carb was in the back of my car and got bumped around
Pulled the carb , adjusted it and it was fine
