    Just wondering if I can retro fit a new style rear plastic/seat to an 02'...

    New style rear fender will fit, but not the seat. The new style fender will fit with '02 side panels. I did this with my '02 WR 125. There are also '05 2 stroke only side panels. This year the 2 strokes still had '00-'04 tank and seat, but new style rear fender. 2 strokes weren't sold in the US in '05, but motoplasticsusa.com has the '05 only side panels.
