All 2st Will this hurt anything?

    While trying to adjust the throwout rod I managed to chip a piece out of it. Will this affect anything or should I replace it? Was trying to get the cable slack right for the Rekluse.

    Rubber strap wrenches are good for low/med torque gripping with zero surface damage.

    I would replace it. Might be fine to run it but a stress fracture might happen and as this is inside the motor you don't want that.
