Hi, I've had a problem with my bike for like a month now and it's starting to drive me crazy to not
    being
    able to ride!

So the problem is that my Husqvarna WR 125 ( 2011) cuts out when it gets warm, mostly after maybe 10 minutes of riding, sometimes it takes a little longer, like 20min. It works perfectly untill then, and when it has cooled of it fires back up again.

I think it is something electrical but I'm not sure where to look, I've tried changing the voltage regulator ( Side note, this is an offroad bike with a lights etc), and it ran for a little longer, but then same thing, it stalled.

When it dies the spark goes away, I've cleaned all the electrical contacs, head plug etc, checked the cables for damaged but it's nothing like that.

I'm asking you guys for help in hope that you've heard someone or had the sam problem, and if you have an idea of what the problem could be, please don't hold back!

    Thanks in advance.

    Replace the cheap stuff first.

    spark plug
whole coil...get one off ebay...or you buddies bike.
    Stator and pulsor.

BTW, the voltage regulator should have nothing to do with the ignition.

Whats your location? there may be another wr125 owner near you that would be willing to swap parts to test with. Failures after heat buildup would lead me to believe its electrical. Start simple.... reseat the spark plug cap, check all connections for corrosion or loose connections, kill switch wiring, etc. Start simple!!

I know you said you checked the cables, but my bike was doing something similar last year.. It ended up being a grouding issue. Check your grounds!!!

ensure you have a resistor plug in. Should not need with an analog ignition but for some reason will break up on top with a non resistor plug

Observe the spark when cold and then again once the problem starts happening. At least that way if there is a noticeable difference you know it's a spark issue.
