    Hi,
I need some assistance with H.T.S. tuning. What does lowest setting? Or highest? What is best, suggestions? I have stock WR exhaust AND HGS exhaust system.

And then a wiring diagram for 2008 WR125? I need to get my lights, indicators and voltage regulator to be installed and I'm doing it myself.

    Thanks!!

The power valve should open at a set rpm which o don't think is adjustable on the electrical pv. The only setting up you can do is to make sure the valve is closed correctly when at idle and fully open and clear of the port when active but I have no idea how to set this up and had no luck finding out myself

the WR don't come with a electrical actuated PV its pure mechanical

you can play limited with the lever setting on the PV actuation assembly

you can also play with different springs

I would not know what HTS tuning is

electrical schematic for the WR look at this site

the electrical system would not differ that much from a 2007 to a 2008 on a WR

Thanks, yes WR has no electrical PV. How does that lever thing affects? And maybe I used wrong word, "tuning".. Adjust would be better. Sorry for my bad English! (I'm from Finland..)
Starting today to get my husky some lights and indicators... But first, some winter enduro. ;)

there is a range of movement on the little shaft from the engine to the actuator assembly
you can move it and tighten it in a 5 mm range
it determines the opening of the valve depending on the rpm of the motor (still this is a tweak area, its not moving the actuation point a 2000rpm up or down)

I changed out the assemble on my last over haul as it was all loose ends, the little ball joints where all worn out.

the new assembly is tight and it did make a considerable difference in repeatability of the opening point of the valves.
