125-200cc wr 144 kit power valve rod retaining pin

Does anybody know why the power valve rod retaining pin doesnt come with the 144 kit?Is the pin not necessary?Do I need to install my own?

Just use a finish nail the same size and cut excess off. Yes has to be in there.

I used a drill bit shaft on mine.

I think it is a 10 penny finish nail that fits. Normans idea makes it easy to fit but don't ever try to get it out.

Thanks guys after calling my dealer he went through a couple other kits in his shop looking for that pin.Turns out they have been shipping them without the pins.Like you guys ended up making my own.

What do you mean retaining pin?

Thank you after asking I went out and looked at spare cylinder and found the dow hole and figered that might be it will put my kit on today.
