250-500cc wr 360 stator

hey.
i have a 1998 wr 360 with a broken ignition spool. and i looking for a replacement,
so im wondering which other stators that will fit?

i know its the same as my 2002 360 and that is identical to my 1999 wr 250 wich leads me to think it ran the same set up on the wr's for many a moon

Cant find any cheap for wr360. Does any other models fit? Or from a different make?

Ok here's where it gets weird, if you look up any year except 92 all the WR ignitions are the same, the 92 shows a different crank so my guess is shaft size
now the CR ignition shows to be the same as a 250, so what gives with the WR vs CR difference if there actually is any, not sure what the deal is except more part numbers equals more parts sales, so if a CR 250 and 360 use the same ignition not sure why a WR 250 ignition won't work, I don't have a definitive answer but don't know why not

It's a '92 or '93.

9300610 is the serial number on the motor. I assume that's a '93. What's it worth with ECU and coil?

as I recall its 93-000001 being the first one of that year, is yours a CR or WXC or WXE, good question on the value of one last year as a fluke I found a NOS for sale for 75 plus shipping, obviously I grabbed it, well my 99 ignition was fine cold but useless hot and the new one got put in, that said my 93 WXC has had absolutely no problems as of yet and as we know saying this publicly is a recipe for disaster, supposedly they are all the same but seems the early ones were either better built or mine has been replaced in my 93, so I don't know?? as I said I have not done anything to it except ride it!! it has the same ring in it and I cant tell you how many hours it has but I can tell you its more than 150 for sure
back to your post if its not worth at least 150, heck I'd buy it as a spare but sounds like someone needs it worse

funny but my 93 engine number is 9 200310, since my 92 had the number 9 200017 I assumed the first two were year, guess just sequential

So you think it's worth $150.00 ? I'd go for that and pick up the shipping, in the states.

All I really want from this motor is the transmission. The rest is for sale.

I would be interested in everything but the gearbox, I have one of those and 3 360's, so spares are handy
