wondering about the strength of the spark on a wr250 1992, according to the parts book last page says Electric components .... the generator 12v 110w for a full battery recharge.
cant see a battery in the parts book, should there be?
as Im currently trying to start the bike without full electrics and lighting loom, just a basic motocross (cr) system would a battery supply a better spark as someone on the forum mentioned they have poor sparks.
    if so what size battery??

No battery is needed and wouldn't make a difference for spark. A CR stator doesn't have a lighting coil and would not have a way to hook up a battery.
