Hey guys & gals, going over the WR getting it ready for the 1st HS of the season (Aug 25-26) & figured it's probably time to throw in some new reeds. Anybody use something other than the ones from VForce?, saw an old thread where someone suggested using an Artic Cat set since they were the same size but thicker(?) Got a list of other goodies gonna add also.......... Thanks

Why change? The V force reeds work great. I think fresh reeeds will make a huge difference.

Back in the day when I raced my RM125 I had a I had a boysen RAD cage which had different thickiness reeds which altered power. I cant remember the formular but I'v been thinking if the V- Force can be altered..

Yea, I'm gonna use the VF reeds. I guess since I can't find a part# for the 300 I'll use the # for Honda CR250? They're the same I believe. On the Husky fiche it only lists the whole cage...........
