I don't know if the people over at the ZipTy crew dislike me (shouldn't have, never spoke with them) or what but I have attempted to Email them several times over the last year to inquire about one thing or another with absolutely no return at all. :excuseme: Not big deal, usually just a question or something. A few days ago i sent an Email to inquire if they would be selling the Jardine for the new 250 and nothing. As they are doing extensive testing and racing at a high level it would be cool for some of that to trickle down to us little guys. Even a "we don't want to discuss that now" or something would be nice. I don't understand this complete lack of involvement or information.

    Note...

I want to personally apologize for offending anyone and looking like i was publicly slamming ZipTy it was not meant that way but sure looks that way. Had a stressful day and should not have been posting last night as all my posts were short and come off as an ass. VERY SORRY. I left the post intact above as i did not want to look like i was trying to dodge something. I should have just called them. My bad, very sorry.

Did you phone? I phoned to inquire about the carb mods and talked to a really friendly helpful guy. I think I might have emailed first but was too impatient to wait for a reply.

Thanks man. Did not mean that as a bash if that how it was taken. I have met Ty several times and always thought the most of him and his efforts. I know he is super busy running a husky race team which i think is fantastic. Love the bits you guys make and ran the super cool stay in place axle blocks on my YZF as well as some other little parts. My post was to elicit a response and that it did.

thanks a lot for the info on the exhaust. i will be buying one when ready to go.

    thanks again.

The humor I find in it is that you seem to do the same thing...........

I've called to place an order, couldn't get the net thing to work. Got lost in the process somewhere. Tried to use the motosportz direct webforum private section to check if I got lost, never even a reply and nothing to make me think you checked it at all. Made a comment about it and replied to the question asked on another thread and nothing since. Of course I noticed the daily posting on other stuff too...........

I finally made the online order thing work (I dislike the PayPal thing even though I use them sometimes) but have yet to get a response on CH.....

    Just say'n :excuseme:
So, maybe they're doing whatever you've been doing. :busted: :D

For the record... Kelly has bent over backwards for me in every transaction I've completed with Motosportz. I get faster shipping from Kelly across the continent than I sometimes get from vendors a state or two away! Never had a communication issue.

Everybody has a bad day now and then.

Is this the post you were talking about?

did it get resolved for you? I did post back, same day. Looked through my PM's and did not see anything from you.

This is a tough biz and a tough year. I feel pretty beat down today. We are admittedly a small shop and wear to many hats. We do drop the ball once in a while, looks like we did on you. Very sorry. I hate disappointing customers. Crap.

    - Email is by far the best way to contact us. I work till 10-11 every night and answer almost 100% of the Emails same day.

Oh no worries......... I just saw it as humorous. If it had been pressing or I was remotely upset I would have been emailing, calling and messaging......
