    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

2010 Husky wr 300 rear fender question

Are the rear fenders on all the huskys the same from 08-10? I just picked up this bike to race King of the Motos in February and am trying to restore it a little. I was looking on ebay and they have a polisport one that says it fits all models 08-10 and then there is an OEM husky one for sale that says it fits 2008-2013 TE-TC-TXC 250-310. 2008-2010 TE-TC-TXC-SMR 450-510. will this fit the wr300? Thanks!
 
as i understand it, the Wr stuff from husky 250/300 is all the same from 2004 -2010. It's a very common upgrade for people to ditch their older bodywork on the wr to the newer 2010 bodywork because they went to the graphics that have the decals laminated into the plastics so they will never peel off. The four stroke stuff is different except for the 05-07 generation stuff. though perhaps you should ignore that last part so you don't confuse yourself and get the wrong stuff.
 
Ok cool. They only had the rear fender for the 2011 Husky WR300 so I went ahead and bought it. I believe the only difference between the 10 and 11 is the tail light in the back? Which I dont have on anyway so it shouldn't matter. I hope thats the case anyway. the shape and mounting otherwise looks identical.

Brad how have you been liking that Wr 250 so far.I am thinking of going out to Luceren next weeking to do alittle testing in the area of King of the moto
