• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

2013 txc 310

Hate to rub it in, but I bought a 13 TXC310 for $5490 out the door. The dealership had some 13 250's for $4990 out the door. The dealership is Tricounty powersports in Ca.

Its all good.

Those clearance deals were great while they lasted....and they created more Cafe Husky friends and put more Huskys on the trails and race courses. I do know that the supply of the warehouse clearance bikes is ebbing away so if you find those super deals consider yourself lucky....and buy it before its gone.

I meant to mention tri-county. If you're looking for the cheapest place, they're hard to beat. Even before the rebates their prices were like that

Bills and Tri-County have both been making great deals for years....Tri-County got lucky and picked up some of those warehouse clearance bikes, but Bills already had several in stock so they didn't add to their inventory of 310s. Advantage Tri-County on this one...until they run out of bikes :-)

And given a reasonably similar deal I would argue that you should buy from a local dealer if they are going to stand with you and they know their stuff. It comes in handy when you need access to the HST or MOSS; buy a pipe and want different maps.....etc.

And Bill is an old racer himself so he is interested in helping us win races. He also supports the Oregon Motorcycle Riders Assoc (OMRA) who sanctions many of our local events, he's a sponsor of the Funky Chicken AMA West National Hare Scramble and a sponsor of the Applegate Rough Riders annual Poker Run. This is the kind of business where I want to take my business. I'd like to believe thaat everyone has someone like that near them, but unfortunately it isnt the case.

Not sure where your located, but if your in the mid-west call Wayne at LSK in Lebanon Missouri 417-588-3550. He has a great reputation around here and he and the LSK staff/shop are active in sponsoring, contributing, and participating in local riding and support many local races and racers in various racing series. You can search for there web-site, but I would call him to talk price. Many dealers have hidden costs, I don't think he does. Scott

I was in Bill's this afternoon. Only 1 each of TXC310 and 250 left. Inventory is getting thin. Although they did get a shipment of Stradas recently there doesnt appear to be anything left in the warehouse ......waiting for the '14s now.
