• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Ended up going orange with a 350, was thinking about a 310 but the Husqvarna dealer didn't get back to me in time. :( Still want a 510/511 dual sport......

Cool Gratz! That 350 is really nice, 45 hp right out of the crate and pretty light weight. The 511 has similar hp to your 350, low end torque is good.

My buddy just sold his crf450r for a ktm350, now he says he wished he'd gone for a lighter bike.. I've never ridden it, but I'm sure it's a pretty good bike none-the-less.... Aren't they all?

It is unfortunate that you guys lost your Husky dealer in southern Oregon a while back. The KTM shop down there seems to be pretty good folks, so they should take good care of you. The new 310R is pretty sweet though....

Why would you let distance dictate the brand bike you ride??????????????? Get a different dealer!!! I drive 11 hours to Hall's and do not even think about it!! Orange :eek::mad::( dude have a double slice of pumkin pie tomorrow for Thanksgiving and try not a puke!!! It is to bad the dealer did not get back to you. Just kidding!! (Or am I??) enjoy your pumkin....................

I drove 4.5 hours to buy the bike, would have gone to Bill's but ....... FYI, I don't deal with the local KTM shop.
