• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Hi to everyone, i'm new here! A big thanks for the creator of this site! :)
I have some questions about some trusted sites in europe to buy pieces of the husqvarna 650 tr.
I've already found this one->shop.italhusky is it attendible?
thanks in advance for the answers!
(I'm sorry for my english, it isn't my mother tongue)

Thank you very much Geeza!
And as i see you own a tr650 Strada,so maybe you know if the high windshield (the official one) is a must have for long rides in highways?
Or there are some other that protect better during the ride?
thank you!

You may find difficulty sourcing the factory 'high' screen. The SfB that Geeza mentioned is about twice as high and gets the windblast off your chest at the cost of more noise around the head. Worth it in the winter IMO, not the summer.

Check out this thread http://www.cafehusky.com/threads/new-windscreen.36271/ where a forum member mounted a screen designed for a KTM690 LC4 onto the TR650 quite simply. It looks very good on the TR650. Much cheaper than the OEM screen too IIRC.

ohh that is really interesting, but i don't understand if it is just compatibile or he did something to fit in the terra?

that thread says it wasn't a direct fit, but he just drilled 4 mounting holes using the supplied template.
