• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Hi, please help with advises

Husqvarna
Hi, I have bought Husky TE 310, excellent bike. The problem is - i live in Russia and Husqvarna brand is unknown here, so no repair specialist, no parts.

That is why kindly ask you to help me with advises:

1) Where i can buy parts using paypall ? Ebay is very poor with it. Powersports does not work with Husky. Dealers in Russia - no comments.

2) The common problem of Husky is oil leak on the left side of engine, so all three Husky which I know has this problem - may be some one knows the solution.
Thank you
PS sorry for poor English

If you are looking for oem replacement parts like cables, brake pads and gaskets try halls cycles. http://www.halls-cycles.com/

If you are looking for aftermarket items I believe all the site sponsors listed on the bottom of the page accept paypal. We, 7602 Racing ship internationally using USPS (US mail) as do others.

Welcome to the site! Post up some Russia riding pictures.

Thank you for links.
I'm interesting in OEM part with international shipping and paypall. In Russia we have nothing :(. Ebay good site but no good selection oem parts for Husky there. At this moment have no photo with Husky.... just bought it 1 week ago
Thank you again

I truly appreciate you articulate response. There have been several from Russia join this site recently, and was curious. Before that, I do not think anyone on this site was from Russia.
There are some excellent dealers in the link I provided, and I am sure other dealers that are not listed as well.

Don't feel bad for poor English, most on here have it also, much better english than our Russian.
Post some pics and we can figure it out and tell you how to fix it.

These people, here in Germany are very good for parts. The system is:
- Click open the parts list (on the right of the page) for your bike
- Copy the parts you need WITH the parts number
- Enter the parts (with numbers) into your order
- They´ll then send you a billing notice
- Pay and wait for the parts to come.

It took me a while to understand how it works. But now it´s less bother than going out to the shops.

A little surprised about the left hand side leaks I have 2 310 Huskies, both from new and have never had an issue. Maybe you just need a replacement stator case seal. Good luck and welcome to the famous Cafe Husky family. We are all nuts but very approachable

Cafe husky has almost reached every corner of the planet. Well done Coffee.
Now we need someone from Antarctica to chime in

Don´t think you could call Russia "every corner of the planet"! The other side of the Atlantic´s more that to us here.
