    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

right i have a husky wre 125 the power valve cables wer snapped ..... so i bought new ones put them on think i set them up right and it seem exactley the same i made sure the valve was fully opening by sticking my finger up the barrel ....... are these bikes ment to be quick ? like powerwheelie in 1st 2nd and 3rd ? mine just power wheelies in 1st also low down grunt is crap!! could this be to do wth the power valve mods i no of is dep exhaust system and upjet ,....... i had a yamaha dt 2007 and the cables wer broke so i got new 1ns for that set it up properley and it was a tottally different bike!! .. can someone tell me how to set this up properly or find me a service manual ????? HEEEEEELP!!

Any U.K friends help here? We don't have this model in US so tough call for us to assist. If you have the stock pipe and the tiny carb..it cannot be compared to a MX 125 for power.
 
it has full dep pipe and i think it has a 32mm carb ...... do the cr and wr not have the powervalve system ?? wat other things do you think i could do as its road registerd but im planning on usuing it on a couple of tracks and stuff just need that little more grunt! as the acceleration it compares to a honda cr 85 mx bike .... just need that extra poke .. if i wer to get a wr or cr engine would my stator plate and flywheel switch straight over so i could still power my lights and stuff ??
 
All you need to get your bike to WR "performance" is new carburator, vforce or boyesen intake. Its the same engine as WR but with other ignition and gearing.
 
ahhhhhhh wicked might have to see into them and its a 1999 s reg wre mate any help from origanal topic would be great but keep the toher suggestions coming!! lol
 
That depends on what model year. i have a sms 125 2002 i its the same cylinder. Says my husqvarna dealer and he knows what he is doing :)
