• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

For the full scoop on how they mutilated a nice bike go to- http://deustemple.com/all-chocked-up-about-the-husky/

I posted that abortion in another thread a few days ago. Huge waste of money.
I know these guys (their shop in Bali built it) like a few of them (mostly their mechanics and board shapers) and have even surfed in one of their contests. They posted on their website that the boss had just bought a TE 250 and they were trying to think of what they could do to it. I already knew it was gonna be a fugly beast. I like some of their old Honda CB scramblers that they make but this is just plain bad taste. I'm not too worried though. They like to take their bikes on long road trips so they'll blow it up in no time.

Ok Ok Why is it I like AMC Gremlins, Rupp Go Joe's, Chrysler sno runners, Skiroule RTX's and all sorts of off the wall stuff? I like this bike in a sick way (not sure why?!?!?!) but yes I would ride it! Not sure about the upside down crown though!!!

Upside down Gunsight logo.....is that anything like flying the flag upside down as a sign of distress? I would say a big yes to that!

Just went to Deus Bali and saw the Husky up close.
The tank is a work of art- the rest? Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder...

Guess how much they sold it for after abusing it up and down the beaches here? 185,000,000 rupiah which equals roughly $19,000+****************************************
Guess they knew what they were doing. somebody sure the hell didn't!
