I've got an 06 610TE and have been chasing the jetting on the FCR for what seems like forever. I think I've made about 6 or 7 jetting/needle adjustments and who knows how many fuel screw changes. I finally got it as good as I was going to get it but it still had a slight hesitation at a bit less than 1/4 constant throttle...enough that it bugged me that I couldn't get it right.
I decided to try the Irridium (NGK) plug even though it's pretty pricey for a plug...and you guessed it...FIXED!
Warm up is a little better but most importantly thing thing now runs like it was intended to run. It's smooth and runs clean from idle to WFO.
So if you're chasing jetting on your own bike...try the irridium...it will do wonders!
