  • Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

i believe they're owned by somebody else now but the seat covers i had were top notch so hopefully nothing has changed too much .
 
Best decals made -- hands down...I've hadn them on 1 Husky WR 400 and 1 Maico for more than 5 years, and they're still in great shape...great fit, thick vinyl, great adhesion...Simply the best.
 
mxm made me a set of decals which i designed , top quality service and top quality product! well reccomend them to any 1!
 
They do and take pay-pal. It's kinda spendy,but they are worth the money and wait.

Can you give a detailed description of the seat covers they have? Your Experience with them and the seat cover. I am interested in one for my 1980 CR390 but would like to know more detail.

I never purchased a seat cover,just decals.Go to E-bay for a good/cheap cover. Decals with shipping were around $90.You can figure it out with pay-pal Euro conversion.

Thanks Skoal, thats for me then. Made the mistake of getting some tank decals from evilbay, not even six months old, i never leave gas in the tank, keep the bike in the house out of direct sun when not in use. The tell tale 'bubbles from nowhere' have started to appear :banghead::banghead::banghead:.

Do you have a picture of the otherside of this tank?

lm trying to figure out if these can be modified to work on a 85-86 tank.
