• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

First one was for my TE511, LOVE it. GREAT seat. I paid a lot more for a lot less of a seat in the past. These rule. So got a tall one built for my GG as it is to small ergonomically for me. Lowered the pegs and run tall bars on that one. LOVE the seat, perfect combo of foam density and seat cover grip. I mean PERFECT. So today I get my slightly taller and wider 04 CR125 seat for my 165 project bike (white plastic and blue graphics)

Here is the rub, I never thought I would spend a dime on a seat unless it was missing or needed repair. Now I can't seem to own a bike without one. GREAT seats. HIGHLY recommended. Pix coming.

I'm the same way, got three of em. Now I'm looking at the Guts Racing seat on my new to me 125 and thinking.....hmmm

I have to say that the seat concepts on mine is much better than the guts foam and cover. I wish I had that option the first go around.

I bought one for my TE630 and like it so much, I bought one for my old XR600R. I agree, nothing fancy, just perfect foam and cover. Easy to install too.

here is is on the 04 CR125. I went for slightly taller and wider and it is PERFECT.

Looks good I may give them a try if they can go the other way; slightly lower. On the Gutts my son got one for his GG and honestly I wasn't that impressed with the foam or fabric.

If you call them they can shave the foam or whatever suits you.
