Decided to disassemble and check the TC after about 50 hours of hard riding. 15+ hours of hard racing, 30 hours of hard practice, and about 5 hours of break-in riding (me putting around trails like a timid old fat guy).
I'm amazed. The valves haven't moved since new. The head internals look like they just left the factory. Clutch shows a wee bit of wear but nothing like I was expecting (Cody uses the clutch like a 2 stroke). Sprockets showing very slight wear. Oil still coming out golden at each change.
Aside from the damage inflicted by Cody (Tweaked subframe from wrecks, worn and scratched plastic, tweaked bars from wrecks, paint rubs on frame), slightly tweaked left radiator saved from total destruction by Motosportz Rad Guard (thanks Kelly
)... This bike would look, and perform like new.
Amazing.
