• Hi everyone,

    As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

    When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

    Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

    Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

    Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

racing next weekend Oct.8th-9th

We will be racing in Circleville,Ohio Saturday at the Pickaway fairgrounds 1/2mile pea gravel
then Sunday racing T-T in Our district here in Pennsylvania at the Piston Poppers m.c.
in Parkesburg,Pa. I feel sorry for Dalton and His Husky :excuseme:They were so far ahead in the district
points (district 6) putting togeter such great performance all season long and now My employer change My work schedule to work every other weekends,We been missing few races and loosing Our
confortable cushion as of right now I think We are still in the lead (3 races to go) but need to kick ass Sunday,the last time Dalton race Piston Poppers He crashed clipping a car tire delimiting a turn, with a huge lead,flew a while and the landing was hard it was such a bumming situation He was done for that day,the challenge of trying had a bad taste that time:(,but as We don't
give up so easy,We'll be back with the same game plan to get the hole shot and get the hell out!:thumbsup:

good luck guys!! sorry to hear of the hours change, we had to skip our big fishing vacation this year because of a job but got to look at it like thank god im missing it for work instead of a lack of work, hang in there!!
