I have a Husky 310 2014. Just installed an almost new Rekluse clutch. I bought it from a friend and he bought it new aprox 10 hours ago. He sold it because of an injury following a sold bike.
The clutch shows NO signs of wear. I have installed it exsactly after Rekluse advices. All bolts with right torques, 3mm on the clutch lever. The clutch works 100% as it is supposed to. No to my worries.
If I pull the trottle hard it sounds as it should, but if I just go away in a calm mode it rassles like something is loose? I have had everything apart again to see if something had gone loose after my 30 min test run. Everything was perfect. I then put the original clutch back and no sound at all. Worked as it has always done, perfect. Then put the Rekluse back again, same noise and it scares me like hell.
I have checked your youtube films. Both hydraulic and wire installations. The only thing that differs from the Husky and them is that the outher clutch plate is covered almost 75% by the basket. Meaning that the basket goes over the mid part on the Rekluse plate and gives support to both halfes. On mine the basket is only supporting less than 50%, meaning that the upper half of the plate has no support from the basket? If I take 1/7 friction plates away and only use 6 it looks as it should, but I cant imagine that is right?
