• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

...because that means I got an 8 month old 2014 TE300 for a deal! Feel's good to join the club, I just bought my buddies bike, and yesterday he went out on his old Honda CR250 for a rip. His report, "That thing rode like a covered wagon over a rock pile, I got spoiled on the Husky." Good news is he just bought a '15 TE300, so maybe next year I'll get another sweet upgrade. So excited I can hardly contain myself...

There are deals to be had on left over 14's. My local dealer who tried to sell me a TC250 in April for $8952.00 out the door called me last night and said he would let it go for $5377.00 out the door.

Wow that is the cheapest I seen a 14 tc for!! I could have got one delivered to Minneapolis for 6k I popped for a 15 but if halls would have had a 14 I would have bought it. I think they have a 14 fc 250 at a good price.

Everybody was crying about high priced White Huskys and no more deals.... If you can ride an MX version leftover, there are some good deals. Also... There are some dealers still holding out on '13-'14 Italian Huskys, at near MSRP!

No lighting coil, but you could swap to TE or Trail Tech stator

No estart, a 5 speed gearbox and no lighting stator. Hmmm, might not be the best for trail riding but if you added a stator, a TE headlight and Rekluse it would probably work good enough.
