Sorry for the slightly noob question.
So I ride a 2010 TE250 setup as Super Moto around the inner city area of Melbourne, Aus.
Very light road riding, a lot of in and out of traffic. Rarely get over 70kph.
I'm yet to take it off road so it spends most of it's days around cruising around 5500 rpm.
I had the first service done at 370km.
The mechanic advised me to change the oil at 300km intervals.
Does that sound a little excessive for the style of riding i'm doing?
I mean sure enough if i was hammering around the trails at high RPM's for 300km. But i'm definitely not.
Regards,
Jacob.
