• Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Unadilla GNCC... Husky sweeps podium!

Norman Foley

Husqvarna
Pro Class
Husky swept the overall and XC1 Podium today, at the Unadilla GNCC. 1st Josh Strang, 2nd Thad Duvall and 3rd Ryan Sipes. I haven't looked it up, but probably about 30 years since this has happened. Andrew Delong and his Factory Husky had been running in 4th, but Kalub Russell got by him in the end, securing Kalub's 3rd GNCC Championship. Also notable, that Nick Davis rode his Husky to 8th overall and 2nd XC2, after a race long battle with Jason Thomas. JT just nipped Nick at the end, to take the win. A good day for Husky!

Sipes? Duvall? Strang? It's the new Husqvarna 3 Amigos...

Congratulations to all the riders and SP is a juggernaut ...

The web is full of this racing but I can't find a pic of these guys on the podium ... Apparently Can-Am is big in this racing ...

The 3 Amigos ...Husqvarna style ... Thanks guys and great riding

Sipes is a suspenders rider ... Starting to go his way on those also ..

Shoving all other brands off any podium is even beyond this Husqvarna Riders' dreams ... Who is the architect of all this Husqvarna greatness?

not only that but 6 out of the top ten on Husqvarna brand, and 2 KTM, 1 HON, 1 YAM......or depending on how you look at it 8 KTM products.....6 WHT, 2 ORN. sounds like 1987 all over again.
