  • Hi everyone,

As you all know, Coffee (Dean) passed away a couple of years ago. I am Dean's ex-wife's husband and happen to have spent my career in tech. Over the years, I occasionally helped Dean with various tech issues.

When he passed, I worked with his kids to gather the necessary credentials to keep this site running. Since then (and for however long they worked with Coffee), Woodschick and Dirtdame have been maintaining the site and covering the costs. Without their hard work and financial support, CafeHusky would have been lost.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working to migrate the site to a free cloud compute instance so that Woodschick and Dirtdame no longer have to fund it. At the same time, I’ve updated the site to a current version of XenForo (the discussion software it runs on). The previous version was outdated and no longer supported.

Unfortunately, the new software version doesn’t support importing the old site’s styles, so for now, you’ll see the XenForo default style. This may change over time.

Coffee didn’t document the work he did on the site, so I’ve been digging through the old setup to understand how everything was running. There may still be things I’ve missed. One known issue is that email functionality is not yet working on the new site, but I hope to resolve this over time.

Thanks for your patience and support!

ya! Thats my dealer. Seems as though w/the new resurgence of Husqvarna, dealers, not mine, are scooping them up (and wholesalers) regular retailers are out as well. I'm sure there is a pile of them somewhere close by. We can count all shops around pemb and squamish out. (i've already checked)

Any accessory and parts store should be able to get jets through Sudco, Southern Motorcycle Supply and other distributors.

Hmmmm....I've never had a dealer need to charge me any extra for the shipping of an item that I have ordered.

I'll see if a friend of mine has some to sell, I got some off of him but I don't know what he has left.
He used to own a shop and stock left over.
By the way what bike do you have, must be a 300 if you want a 38 ? The other option is get a JD jet kit but it's around 80 bucks and makes the bike run better but the JD kit only comes with a 32.5 pilot and it is for the 250 and the 300. 38 seems big I had a 30 in my bike before I put the JD kit in

What size pilots are you looking for? I have 3 mikuni's waiting to be aluminum scrapped and a pile of pilots to try and make them run at 9000'. Send me a PM and I will see if I have what you want and will just send you a first class letter with the jets in it.
