Another beauty. So far i have installed pipe gd, flex bars, sicass lighting kit with horn, fmf 2.1 sparky and a jdjetting kit which is waaaay off for sea level 65 degrees so I'm going back to stock and will work from there. kit was a waste of $90

    Here lil trick.

Use a NGK BR9ECMIX plugs for jetting.

    About $7 plug versus $17-$18.

Then stick your $18 dolla one in after you done.

Now that you have had some time, do you still think the suspension is up to snuff with just spring and clicker changes?

Walt mine is definately broken in.

Front with .42 springs I am normally about 2-3" from bottom out on all stuff.

Pic is attached to see where my fork wiper marks usually run.

If I hit hard stuff like log hard. I am barely bottoming but clickers are way up, but I have bottomed few times racing.

I think just going to .44 will be okay. Think .46 is going to pound me till hit hard stuff.

    .46 on rear is perfect.

Gotta eat crow on this one. My KYB's were awesome stock but were best set up ever had after revalving.

This suspension on this bike seems better yet.

Keep in mind I like a plush ride and barely bottoming on heavy hits.

I gather you're down at the cahokia creek dirtriders event today. Have fun and good luck at the checker! I rode the KSMR Dualsport yesterday and my bike has about 40 lbs of muck stuck to it ATM. I need to knock some of it off before the Bucky next weekend.
